Conti-flow dispensing machines distributed

The Reinhardt-Technik range of ‘Conti-Flow’ meter mix dispense machines available through the UK’s sole distributor, Eurobond Adhesives. They are designed to process one or more component polymers of various viscosities, and can process both solid or foamed elastomeric materials. The Conti-Flow range is ideal for bonding, sealing and casting applications.

This new generation of metering, mixing and dispensing equipment from Reinhardt-Technik is based on a modular construction for optimum design flexibility with high technological electronic control. The Conti-Flow provides high precision dispensing with ease-of-use, a combination which brings accurate reproducibility to the production environment. The Conti-Flow has memory storage for up to ten sequences, which makes rapid changes to the production process possible.

Reinhardt-Technik have supplied over 2,000 dispensing systems worldwide to many different manufacturing sectors, including white goods manufacture, automotive, aerospace, glass sealing and electronics. Typical applications include bonding of automotive headlamps, sealing airflow sensors, sealing of domestic steam iron chambers, dispensing liquid gasket onto cylinder head covers, and insulated glass unit sealing.

By fully utilising the Conti-Flow's modular design concept, specific customer design requirements can be met. Accordingly, the following systems can be incorporated:
