Cooling / heat exchange solutions from JBJ Techniques
24 May 2016
Satisfy a variety of industrial and mobile agricultural / heavy plant cooling requirements with a choice of solutions available.

ACN and DCN Series Oil-Air Coolers with alternate current drives (3 x 400V) and direct current drives (12/24V):
Oil-air-coolers offer more than just compact heat exchange design and high efficiency – the cooling units and fans fitted are also optimised to ensure that the coolers run with a minimum of noise.
OCN Offline Cooling Units, AC drives with integrated hydraulic pump:
The OCN-Series is an extension of the ACN oil-air cooler line. Due to the integrated pump, the OCN offline cooling units may operate independent of the main flow of the hydraulic system.
Cooler Bellhousings:
For applications where low levels of cooling are required and space is at a premium. No additional electrical installation being required.
Oil/Water Heat Exchanger:
Six series of oil-water coolers providing a variation of benefits for applications requiring heat exchange.
Oil/Water Heat Exchanger BNZ with aluminium fins and rigid tube stack:
Technically sophisticated solutions are available at a highly competitive price/performance ratio.
Oil/Water Heat Exchanger ESK:
This compact cooling solution can be screwed into an existing threading, for example, instead of screw-in heating elements in gear units, piping systems and hydraulic tanks.
Oil/Water Safety Heat Exchangers:
A pre-charged diaphragm accumulator compensates the thermal change in volume of the sealing liquid and keeps the sealing liquid pressure almost constant. Any leaks in the bank of tubes are indicated at once by the pressure switches.
Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers:
Series of compact heat exchangers with a fixed tube bundle, which has been standardised into logically grouped models with a heat-exchange surface of from 0.43 to 95m²
Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers:
The BPHE allows media at different temperatures to come into close proximity separated by channel plates that enable heat from one media to be transferred to the other with very high efficiency.
Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers:
Provided to meet designated application requirements, limitations to flow and dissipation do not exist. Plate heat exchangers are built on a module-based concept and are designed to provide maximum efficiency in transferring heat from one liquid to another, or from steam to liquid.
