Is there going to be another Tesla rival on the market?

22 February 2017

Classic Factory is bringing to market the Elextra; a four door, four seater, four-wheel drive electric car capable of 0-62mph in approximately 2.3 seconds.

Classic Factory expect no more than 100 of these models to be built which means whoever owns one will be a member of a very exclusive club. Those that are ordered will be hand-built in Germany by one of the world’s leading companies specialising in low-volume manufacturing.

Swiss designer Robert Palm and Danish entrepreneur Poul Sohl are behind the project. Robert Palm says “the idea behind Elextra is to combine pure lines reminding of the most exciting Italian supercars of the past, whilst being resolutely forward looking thanks to its low, sleek and beautiful design, paired with today’s most advanced technology.”

More information about Elextra will be unveiled in the next few months.
