Amazon’s drone beehive concept is unBEElievable

According to YouTube channel PatentYogi, a patent publication from Amazon disclosed details of drone beehives which will be used to sort packages before delivery.

The plan is to build these beehives in cities, the shape is designed to blend into urban landscapes. 

Here’s how it will work:

• Amazon trucks will deliver packages to the beehive

• Robots inside will take the packages to designated levels

• Drones will pick the packages and deliver them to their respective locations

Amazon’s continuous investment into drones is an attempt to make package deliveries more efficient.
