The BBC’s VR World Cup will show live coverage of all 33 BBC matches through the BBC Sport VR – FIFA World Cup Russian 2018 app. It’s free to download from Apple, Android, Gear VR, Oculus Go and PlayStation VR.

Via the app, users will find themselves fully immersed in a luxury private box at the Russian stadium. The box will feature a giant viewing window from which you can watch the match or, if you prefer, take a seat behind one of the goal posts to view the action up close. Users can also access live match stats that emerge from the virtual coffee table.
