When Musk asked his followers “What would you love to see in a Tesla pickup truck?” the replies were plenty! Here’s a roundup of some of Musk’s replies to the comments made:

• It will have dual motor all-wheel drive with crazy torque and a suspension that dynamically adjusts for loads
• It will feature power outlets allowing the use of heavy duty 240V, high power tools in field all day. No generator needed.
• 400-500 mile option, perhaps even higher
• It will parallel automatically and have 360° cameras and sonar

Overall, Musk hinted that the truck will be rather large, bigger even than the Ford F-150 and Tesla’s own Model X SUV.

The truck could potentially be unveiled in 2020, with deliveries starting the following year.
