New free app to determine risks of corona infection during maintenance activities

BEMAS & SBC’s app allows workers to check, before starting maintenance work, whether sufficient precautions have been taken to reduce the risk of infection.

The app also allows an assessment of the risk of infection and suggests some recommended precautions. It also contains some concrete advice and tips to prevent Corona infections and gives the possibility to report incidents.

The app is based on Last Minute Risk Analysis and has been developed by SBC Safety Behaviour Change. This free version for risk analysis on corona infection during maintenance work is made available in cooperation with BEMAS – Belgian Maintenance Association vzw.

The risk analysis assumes that those involved do not belong to a risk group and that all those involved may have been unknowingly infected with the Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2. The information provided is a generic recommendation. The information provided is a generic recommendation.
