Miniature nozzle delivers high volume, precision performance

Exair’s new Nano Super Air Nozzle, which is available from Good Hand UK, delivers precision blow off with a directed, high volume, high velocity airflow. The overall length of the air nozzle measures only 20mm with a diameter of only 6mm, permitting installation in tight spaces. The durable Type 316 stainless steel construction is suitable for blow off, cooling and drying applications located in general industrial, high temperature, food, pharmaceutical or corrosive environments.
The Model 1110SS Nano Super Air Nozzle provides a narrowly focussed air pattern that measures 38mm when positioned 152mm from the target surface. High amplification of airflow and a strong blowing force of 230g are achieved with minimal air consumption of 235 SLPM at 5.5 Bar. Safe operation is assured since the airflow of the Nano Super Air Nozzle cannot be blocked, which meets health and safety standards for dead-end pressure. Sound level is very low at 75dBA and meets noise safety requirements.
The Nano Super Air Nozzle can easily replace existing wasteful nozzles or open pipes. The compressed air inlet is male M6 x 0.75.
