Wittenstein’s economic alphira CP is a compact, light-weight in-line planetary gearhead that is available in four sizes: 040, 060, 080 and 115 with ratios from 4:1 to 100:1. Suitable for servo and stepper motor applications, the alphira achieves a maximum backlash of 25 arcminutes and torque capacities of 5Nm to 100Nm at 3000rpm. Efficiency exceeds 95%. The unit has a minimum service life of 20,000 hours and is maintenance free with permanent lubrication regardless of installation conditions.
