Developments In Wireless Industrial Ethernet

ProSoft Technology has introduced its RadioLinx RL-2400E radio for
industrial Ethernet communication. Available in the UK from Routeco,
RadioLinx Ethernet switches employ frequency hopping spread spectrum
technology to provide immunity from interference and boost security. The
2.4GHz system offers wide bandwidth and its use is licence-free in most
cases. Features include embedded network diagnostic, point-to-point and
point-to-multipoint transmission.
