Motovario plans new product launches at D&C 2010

26 April 2010

Motovario plans to use this year’s Drives and Control exhibition (June 7-11, NEC) to launch its new Power worm gearbox series (pictured), which features high efficiency and flexibility, increased output torque, and extended ratio options. The design also includes a module form input motor bushing facility for easy assembly of any standard IEC motor using a simple plug in method.

Also featuring at the show will be Motovario's Smartdrive series of motor inverters. Available in single and three phase versions from 0.18kW to 3kW and including the latest Vector control technology, this inverter can be used over a wide 68/1 constant torque range which can be further extended with a forced ventilation option. Other features include IP54 to IP66 protection, four digital inputs, optional I/O, RS485 and CANbus connectivity.
