Magnetically driven turbopumps for analytical and advanced manufacturing applications

Pfeiffer Vacuum has introduced a range of magnetically driven turbopumps called HiPace M, which covers pumping speeds of 300, 700 and 800 litres/s as well as achieving high compression ratios for all gases. Features include integral drive electronics, a long-life rotor, IP54 protection and an EMC performance that permits use close to sensitive analytical equipment. Quiet and energy efficient, these units are also lightweight thanks to their aluminium housings.
