Touch screens give you the power to monitor and control from anywhere

Distance isn’t an issue with the updated 8.4in and 10.4in HG3G touchscreen. When you need access to your machine or equipment, but can’t get to the factory floor or even to the office, all you need is a computer, PDA or Smartphone and you can remotely access, monitor and control your HG3G through a web browser.
It’s that simple. You can monitor current values or processes, click pushbuttons to control operation, print, switch screens or even change program values just as if you were in front of your touchscreen on site,” according to Stephen Schiller, managing director at IDEC Europe. You can also troubleshoot, test and do maintenance. As long as the touchscreen’s firmware has A.O. software version 1.52 and your HG3G is accessible via the internet, all our latest remote features and enhancements are available at your fingertips!
The HG3G touchscreen can be mounted in either portrait or landscape mode depending on your space requirements and supports PictBridge Protocol for USB printers, which allows you to print screen images or the alarm log history. And depending on your application, the expansion MicroSmart I/O module (mounted on the back of the HG3G), which provides simple I/O control, now has the option to perform independently of the touchscreen scan time by using Cyclic Script.
As always, these Operator Interface touchscreens offer a vivid screen and fast CPU processor of 400MHz for quick operation and response times. These are high-definition quality LCD TFT screens, with SVGA 800 x 600 pixels, that can provide sharp images and superior visibility plus 65,536 colours to make screen views realistic and crisp. At up to 700cd/m2, these are also the brightest displays in the market.
All HG3G models are CE-marked, c-UL-us listed and have IP66 protection.
