BASF grows its polyamide portfolio

Following the recent acquisition of Leuna-Miramid by BASF, customers now have three polyamide brands to choose from. At the moment, BASF is offering small-volume specialities under the brand name Miramid throughout Europe. Established BASF brands, Ultramid covers large-volume service-oriented applications, while Capron provides the industrial grades for which fewer services are offered.
