Electrically conductive adhesives from Eurobond
31 August 2012
Elecolit - Eurobond's range of one- and two-part electrically-conductive and thermally conductive adhesives - are synthetic resins filled with metallic or inorganic fillers.
Typically offered are: isotropic adhesives, thermally conductive adhesives, anisotropic adhesives and flame retardant products. Elecolit is used in diverse applications, including die bonding, aerial contacting, flip chips, anisotropic bonds, HF screening, circuit track repair, chip bonding and grounding.
Elecolit conductive adhesives have many advantages compared with other techniques. They are lead and solvent free and cure at low temperatures <200 degrees C. So there is no change to your process set up, and you achieve high flexibility and temperature resistance, thermal stability and no bleeding.
