Aeg Offers Three Types Of Motor Braking

AEG Lafert's AM brake motors come in three versions: AMF with ac braking
coil for 0.12-15kW powers (single or multi-speed); AMS dc braking coil
90.37-11kW), and AMBX customer specific brake unit for applications
ranging from 0.37kW to 200kW. Braking torque ranges are from 3.5 to
1,600Nm, and there are more than 20,000 combinations of shaft and flange
designs to satisfy most applications.
