LED based UV curing lamps

Panacol-Elosol GmbH - a European company specialising in UV technology, has introduced a range of LED UV Lamps designed for curing UV adhesives, inks and paints. The products are available from the company's UK partner, Eurobond Adhesives. LED UV lamps have enormous advantages and benefits when compared to traditional UV bulbs.

 LEDs produce substantially less heat and do not contain mercury, and therefore eliminate any risk of environmental contamination.

 LED systems avoid material damage from extreme short wavelengths emitted by traditional bulbs (UVC and UVB radiations).

 Compared to UV bulbs LED's have a very long life typically between 7,000 and 10,000 hours.

 The LED system does not require a shutter system between exposures thanks to an instantaneous on/off switch. LED lamps can be turned off between exposures to save on energy consumption and bulb life.

 This revolutionary new technology has very low energy consumption, maintenance and associated costs.

 Three wavelength systems are available including 365, 395 and 455nm.
