Norgren launches answers on demand service

In today’s fast paced business environment customers demand that access to information is
both fast and readily available. With this in mind Norgren has launched its new answers on demand (AOD) service. AOD is a quick and easy way for customers to access price, availability and order status information by email 24 hours a day. Within a short time AOD will return price, stock availability and lead-time or order status including line-by-line details directly to the customers inbox.
Firstly customers need to register their email address as a user on the Norgren webstore, store.norgren.com/uk. Once registered send an email to aod.uk@info.norgren.com type AOD in the subject line and the part number and the quantity in the email message. The part number and quantity must be separated by either a space or comma. Up to 20 part numbers can be entered in one email. AOD will then return an email showing the information required. To track orders send an email to status.uk@info.norgren.com. Simply type status in the subject line and the SON or PO number in the email message. Again AOD will return the information you need.
