Norgren launches answers on demand service

In today’s fast paced business environment customers demand that access to information is both fast and readily available. With this in mind Norgren has launched its new answers on demand (AOD) service. AOD is a quick and easy way for customers to access price, availability and order status information by email 24 hours a day. Within a short time AOD will return price, stock availability and lead-time or order status including line-by-line details directly to the customers inbox.
