58 new machine tools unveiled at tool fair

Doosan Infracore's 6th DIMF Show - held in May 2007 in Changwon City, Kyungnam Province, Korea - saw the unveiling of more new machine tool models than at any previous DIMF show (58 in total). The number of visitors attending the show also increased from previous years, with a 12% increase (2,800 attendees).
Doosan Infracore has machine tool manufacturing facilities in Korea and China each with production capabilities (1090 units per month/Korea; 80 units per month/China). Overseas subsidiary operations in Germany and the USA - plus an extensive worldwide sales network and infrastructure have all contributed to machine tools sales growth of 22.0% (year-on-year) from 2001-2006. The company is predicting sales growth of 25% for 2007.
