Sensor and actuator cable is now available from Murrelektronik on spools ranging in length from 100 – 500m with different jack materials and colours to choose from.

Murrelektronik offers bulk cable in 4 different jacket materials: PVC, PUR/PVC, PUR and high flex PUR. PVC cable is suitable for medium mechanical demands like packaging machines, assembly and production lines. PUR/PVC cable is a flexible control line for higher mechanical demands inside or out. It is used in handling and packaging machines, assembly lines and production lines. PUR cable is a continually flexible control line for use in extremely demanding areas like machine tools, swivel tables and metal cutting. If the cable is installed properly, it is ideal for C-track applications and rated to a minimum of 5 million cycles. PUR cable is a good choice for the American market because it’s jacket style (20233 for use in unsupported applications) meets the NFPA79 requirements for flammability. Lastly, High Flex PUR cable is suitable for high speed and extremely demanding areas like robotics, special welding robots, high speed C-tracks, machine tools, assembly lines and metal cutting rated to a minimum of 10 million cycles.
