Space-saving DIN-rail mounted power supply
08 April 2008
PULS UK has launched its latest space-saving DIN-Rail mounted power supply. Part of the MiniLine series, the new ML100.200 is designed for phase-to-phase operation at 380-480VAC with no neutral. Taking power between two phases reduces terminal space and costs associated with wiring, fuses and installation time.
The PULS ML100.200 provides a 24VDC output at 100W with a hold up time of 48-85ms. This high reliability power supply has an MTBF of 650,000 hours, making it ideal for remote locations or critical systems, whilst offering users a low cost of ownership.
Weighing only 360g, the PULS ML 100.200 offers a weight saving over the 50/60Hz control transformers, which are commonly used for low-power control voltages where a neutral wire is not available. Internal fusing, high immunity to transients and power surges - as well as low electromagnetic emission - makes this DIN-Rail power supply suitable for a wide range of applications and operating environments.
PULS MiniLine power supplies are ultra-compact, measuring just 73x75x103mm. Thanks to easy-to-use spring-clamp terminals, they can be installed in seconds with no special tools. The spring-clamp terminals also facilitate mounting in installations with restricted access.
