In-line friction clutch has a diameter of just 16mm

The Vari-Tork miniature in-line slip clutch from Huco is believed to be
the smallest available, with a diameter of just 16mm and length of 26mm.
It comprises a series of steel clutch plates engaging a hub and series of
friction rings engaging within a nylon housing. Pressure is applied to
the plates and rings by means of an adjuster, acting via a spring and
pressure plate. The drag or slip torque is adjusted via a single screw,
accessible through the housing. This miniature Vari-Tork clutch can be
used as a torque limiter or as a tensioning device.
