New base unit for ROLEC’s profiPLUS 50 suspension arms

ROLEC has added a tough new static/mobile base to its profiPLUS 50 range of suspension arms for HMI/panel enclosures and displays.
The new base unit offers a smart and robust floor-standing solution for light-to-medium loads. It is perfect for a wide range of applications including smart factory, process automation, robotics and machine controllers.
The base unit (part no. 142.030.150) has adjustable feet and a maximum static load capacity of 50kg. It has been designed to ensure maximum stability, safety and ease of operation for machine control systems in challenging industrial environments. An optional heavy-duty castor kit (part no. 501.142.000) can be fitted to the base unit. The castors have a brake feature.
Combine the base unit with a profiPLUS 50 support profile of suitable length (custom lengths can be provided) – along with a panel coupling or inclined rotatable console coupling – to mount a control enclosure or display unit.
The new static/mobile base is 650mm x 650mm x 130-155mm (with adjustable feet). The optional castors add 66mm. The base weighs 26kg and has a central aperture (25 x 40mm) for fitting the support profile. A removable cable gland plate is also provided on one side for cable entry. The base is manufactured from pressed steel with black RAL 9005 powder coating as standard. Custom colours are available on request.
