Kistler force link range now covers 4-150kN
01 July 2010

Kistler force links are widely used in measuring dynamic forces on vibrating tables and quality assurance applications in laboratory and production. The latest addition to the range is suitable for applications requiring a lower measuring range at lower and higher operating temperatures. The Type 9327C force link has an Fxy measuring range of ±4kN and Fz of ±8kN to suit testing of small, precision components and products. The full range now consists of five types covering measuring ranges from ±4kN to ±150kN.
The pre-loaded force link is sealed in a robust stainless steel housing measuring only 42 x 42 x 42 mm. It has an operating temperature range of –40 to +120 degrees C and optional IP67 protection rating. The rigid construction ensures exceptional crosstalk, hysteresis and linearity performance in tension and compression, irrespective of the point of force application. A compact, robust, multipole connector provides easy connection using a cable standard across the whole of the Kistler range of force links.
The new 3-component force sensor is supplied calibrated ready for immediate use.
