The National Engineering & Construction Recruitment Exhibition

06 October 2010

Many leading employers will be recruiting at the National Engineering and Construction Recruitment Exhibition at the NEC, Birmingham on 26 and 27 November 2010. The exhibition also offers many services to help visitors develop their careers and gain advice on their job searches.

Experts will be on hand to offer personalised advice on all aspects of sel promotion, while one-to-one consultations at the CV Clinic will give tips on how to perfect your CV. In addition, free half-hour group sessions will give visitors individual and practical advice on how to approach an interview and tips on how to demonstrate the qualities recruiters are looking for.

New at the exhibition is the Engineering Council’s Professional Development Hub. In this area visitors can meet representatives from more than ten leading professional institutions for advice on their professional development, and to discuss what membership of an institution involves. This is open to all visitors, from graduates to experienced skilled professionals.

The National Engineering & Construction Recruitment Exhibition is held in association with the Daily and Sunday Telegraph, and is supported by the Institution of Engineering and Technology, the Institution of Chemical Engineers and the Institution of Civil Engineers. Entry is free.
