Reduced length gear pumps in two- or three-part modular configurations

08 December 2010

When space is restricted and you need to drive multiple pumps from a single motor, standard multiple modular pumps may not be suitable and a more compact design may be needed. JBJ Techniques can now offer reduced length gear pumps supplied as two- or three-part modular configurations with various options of flange, shaft, inlet and outlet ports. A configurations comprising one port feeding multiple elements is also available if required.

These pumps provide excellent torsional strength, thanks to the internal splined joint. Meanwhile, optimal clearance between elements allows precise compensation for small misalignments between the shafts of adjacent pumps, ensuring full torque transmission from module to module.
