Fans & Blowers
Designed and Proven
ACI offers a complete design and manufacturing service for bespoke requirements. Having supplied fans and blowers for over four decades, the company has the proven expertise and knowledge to engineer products appropriate for demanding applications. Systems can be tested and proven using a BS848 compliant in-house test facility for measuring losses in airflow systems, be they at the feed or exit points of inline devices or at the end of ducting systems.

Slimline Fans
Available with either single or double inlet centrifugal impellers, these are ultra-compact fans based upon an ‘inside-out’ design that permits dimensions to be kept to an absolute minimum.
Centrifugal Fans
These are curved forward bladed centrifugal fans, available in single or three phase, DC or 400Hz, and ATEX versions. They are suitable for extraction, cooling, ventilation, vacuum, aeration, drying and many more industrial applications.
Multi-Stage Blowers
Direct driven blowers offer quiet running and maintenance-free solutions for many higher pressure applications. The modular construction of this range offers a wide choice of performance characteristics and power supply requirements, including DC or 400Hz, and ATEX versions.
QB EC Intelligent Fans
Using intelligent motor technology with integrated controls, QB EC fans allow users to optimise performance to match specific applications with regard to efficiency, speed, acoustic output and cost. Responding to feedback devices monitoring such factors as temperature, pressure and humidity, air flow can be adjusted automatically according to governing conditions.
EV Fans
EP10A Compact Blowers
A belt-driven, centrifugal blower incorporating backward curved turbine bladed impellers. Powerful and quiet, the EP10A blowers are available with motors from 5.5 through to 18.5kW in standard metric or NEMA frames and can be easily retrofitted in place of US alternatives. Due to its small footprint the EP10A is ideal for integrating into customers’ equipment.
EV Radial and Axial Fans
This range is available as low to high pressure units with either forward or backward curved, radial and axial impellers. They are suitable for clean and dust-laden air, pneumatic conveying plus many more industrial air movement applications. Available as direct or belt driven units and in ATEX formats.
Effective surface drying, cleaning and cooling
ACI Airknives Systems are the best way to achieve consistent, effective surface drying, cleaning and cooling of conveyorised products. Also, as well as fulfilling these tasks effectively, Airknife Systems do it much more cost effectively than any other alternative - especially compressed air when used with open pipe or wind jet nozzles.
DRI-Line Bottle dryer
Airknife systems deliver clean air at constant volumes and pressures at all times with no impact on other processes. They only draw power when in use and have little more than zero maintenance requirements
Powered by a centrifugal blower, Airknives operate by directing a curtain of low pressure, high velocity air onto the product through a plenum chamber/linear slot. An optimised system ensures effective surface blow off and cooling.
