HepcoMotion wins plaudits in Poland

HepcoMotion's prowess in the field of circular motion technology has now been recognised in a national technology contest. The company’s PRT2 precision ring track system has been voted Product of the Year 2010 by two major industrial magazines in Poland. The contest was founded and is co-ordinated by TMI Poland, the publisher of Production Centre Engineering & Maintenance and Control Engineering Poland.
PRT2 was submitted for the judges’ consideration by HepcoMotion's Polish distributor and linear motion specialist, Albeco. It was evaluated for its practical application and benefits, ease of use and innovation by a panel of academics and industry leaders and was awarded top prize in the Mechanics Category.
PRT2 builds on a heritage of ring track systems that span over 40 years. This latest generation product extends customer choice by introducing a substantially expanded range of sizes, including stainless steel elements as standard. This friction-free, debris-tolerant system also adds several new options for design engineers.
Albeco accepted the award at a ceremony held in the Staszic Palace in Warsaw, the seat of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
