REACH for Polymers - resources now available for download

Smithers Rapra has announced the availability of resources now free to download via the REACH for Polymers website. This project aims to increase and consolidate the knowledge base of the European polymer industry, and in turn, to improve the protection of human health and the environment. These latest reports will be of value to all who are in the polymer industry and who are interested in advancing the legislation forward.

The 'State of the Art' report details the best practice and trends on complying with REACH legislation. It includes a review of methodologies, best practices and trends to be utilised in accordance with REACH. Meanwhile, the 'Benchmarking Survey' report discusses the surveyed level of awareness and attitudes of the European polymer industries towards REACH, and gauges the levels of awareness, attitudes and practices of the European polymer industries, evaluating its impact.

Anyone is welcome to register on the project website. Copies of both the State of the Art and Benchmarking Survey reports are freely available to download from the website and everyone who registers will be kept up to date as the project progresses.
