Design visualisation service lessens product development risk

21 October 2011

Haughton Design (HD) has launched a ‘design visualisation’ service to encourage businesses to pursue their new product development ideas. It is a low risk, cost-effective service which turns basic ideas into virtual images, animations and physical models, giving companies a good understanding of their product’s key features and unique selling points, before investing in further product development.

HD managing director, David Mills, says companies are still coming up with ideas, but they are hesitant to develop them. "Our new design visualisation service will create realistic representations of initial ideas to support future success,” he says.

The service can be used to create realistic images, which can be presented internally to gain in-house support. Alternatively, visualisations can be used by sales and marketing teams to judge market reaction and limit risks during new product development. You can email initial sketches to solutions@haughtondesign.co.uk.
