Piano black is back!

16 April 2012

A piano black finish offers a lustrous and attractive surface on which controls can be integrated and made not just practical, but aesthetically pleasing too. The finish is now within easier reach of every automotive component manufacturer thanks to MacDermid Autotype Autoflex XtraForm film.

The film’s superior high gloss surface, devised especially for the automotive market using the company's Film Insert Moulding (FIM) process (or in-mould decoration), offers deep formability, excellent clarity and tight registration, as well as outstanding scratch and chemical resistance. You can see MacDermid Autotype's range of FIM products on stand D74 in Hall 13 at Plast Milano, from May 8-12 2012.
