BAE Systems has released this video clip designed to encourage young people to consider taking their first steps into a worthwhile engineering career.
Get your kids off their Xboxes and MP3 players for a few minutes to view this light-hearted but sincere appeal to all young people who might just be considering what they want to do when they're 'grown up'.
