Parvalux launches 'Parvalux Plus', an extended product supply service

The customisable ac and dc geared motor specialist, Parvalux has launched Parvalux Plus, a new supply service offering related products from beyond its standard range of sub-1kw geared motors.
Parvalux Plus takes the pressure off buyers seeking motors, geared motors or gearboxes for their application, by finding these items on their behalf – with an added dose of engineering expertise thrown in.
Parvalux has created a network of trusted suppliers who have the quality control in place to provide all items on a customer’s bill of materials.
The aim of the new service is to save customers time and money, whilst providing peace of mind that they will receive a high quality product. Parvalux promises to respond to each enquiry within 24 hours to help the customer find the right product - none of which are listed on parvalux.com as every query is the beginning of a consultative process.
The service includes technical advice for a broad product spectrum. A separate quote is generated per item on a bill of materials, but if preferred, one invoice is raised.
Business Development Manager, Martin Langridge believes that the service will be well received by existing customers and is attractive for new customers who seek a total product offering. “Parvalux Plus will give customers full confidence in each component of their order. The products supplied meet the high quality standards that Parvalux is known for,” he says
