Axair now offer a 120x120x38mm frame axial fan with EC (Electronically Commutated) technology. 

The lightweight, low power fan can be plugged straight into the mains and outperforms the AC equivalent, while using less energy.
Available in low, medium and high speed, all in 230Volts 50/60Hz, the EC model provides more air than the AC version (198m³/h against 143m³/h), yet requires 75% less power (maximum operating power). With a smaller motor diameter, the EC version also cuts down on unnecessary power wastage, thanks to an 11% bigger airflow area.
