Chains For Tough Industrial Assignments

01 August 2004

Cross+Morse in joint venture with the Japanese company, Sugiyama, has
developed a 'Super Stainless Steel' transmission chain for the toughest
of industrial conditions, including wash-down and direct contact with
other aggressive chemicals. The SSS product conforms to BS228, ISO606 and
ANSI, and is available in a wide range of sizes with standard or
customised attachments. Load bearing capability is 14.7MPa and corrosion
resistance is better than standard surface treated chain - a claim that
Cross+Morse says it can support with relevant test results.
