Compact triaxial vibration monitoring

25 May 2015

Hansford Sensors' compact and lightweight HS-173 accelerometer is a side entry device, which can be used in both on- and off-line applications for the measurement of vibration in three axes simultaneously.

The HS-173 has an operating sensitivity is 100mV/g and a transverse sensitivity of less than 5 percent; frequency response is 6Hz to 6kHz. The device weighs just 250g and is protected by a stainless steel casing sealed to IP67. Operating temperature range is from -55 to +140ºC.

The accelerometer features a standard M12 connector, and can be used either temporarily for off-line data monitoring with a handheld data collector, or online as part of an integrated condition monitoring system.
