Objet has introduced a bio-compatible 3D printing materia called MED610, which combines bio-compatibility with high dimensional stability and clear transparency. This makes it useful for PMMA simulation and a wide range of medical and dental applications – particularly the production of highly accurate, customised surgical guides.

Objet Geometries has released three new 3D printing materials: a new ABS-like digital material (RGD5160-DM), a new clear transparent material (Objet VeroClear), and a new addition to the Objet Vero family; the Objet VeroWhitePlus. With these new additions, the number of Objet 3D printing materials is brought to a total of 65, including 51 composite materials (digital materials), for applications requiring realistic product visualisation to functional verification.
