    Objet unveils latest multi-material 3D printer, the Objet260 Connex(07/07/2011)

    Objet has launched the Objet260 Connex, a compact and attractively priced addition to its family of multi-material 3D printers. The new machine is based on the company's inkjet 3D printing technology for rapid prototyping in two materials at the same time. Users can select from a large range of composite materials when building 3D models, such as Objet's recently released ABS-like material. The system can also print a model replica made of up to 14 individual materials in a single print run.

    3D printer material offers superior stability(15/02/2011)

    Objet Printer Solutions (OPS) has released a new material for Objet 3D printers. The resin, known as Vero White Plus, features high levels of dimensional stability, accuracy and surface finish. The material is standard for the new Objet 24 and Objet 30 desktop 3D printers, and offers a 20% improvement in tensile strength compared with previous Vero White products. Prototype build is possible in 16 micron print layers.
