Manufacturing and Engineering Week 2023 continues to live up to its promise of becoming ‘the festival of industrial innovation’, with a number of new events added for 2023, including Smart Factory Expo and the Drives & Controls zone.

Manufacturing & Engineering Week (Birmingham NEC, 8-9 June) will be a celebration of British engineering, a two-day festival of innovation that will showcase the very best that UK industry has to offer, while also providing knowledge, inspiration and a touch of entertainment.

A new event series is being launched in 2022, featuring an exciting digital programme and live co-located exhibitions demonstrating the latest solutions to help tackle the key issues facing today’s industrial businesses.

The first episode features special guest Juergen Maier CBE; the Chairman of Made Smarter who joins M&E Week Event Director, Ed Tranter for a chat about how UK manufacturing responded during the pandemic to help save lives and keep the country going, and also how the sector has recovered following the impact of COVID.

A celebration of the best in UK manufacturing & engineering excellence and innovation launches at the NEC June 2022, and includes the launch of three sector specific events: Design Engineering Expo, Engineering Expo, and Manufacturing Expo.
