    New support option adds boundary-scan capability to 6TL functional testers(07/12/2012)

    JTAG Technologies and its partner 6TL have announced a high-level JTAG support option for the YAVJTAG and YAVJTAH test card modules. This move will enable 6TL users and systems builders to provide JTAG Test and ISP (in-system-programming) capabilities using JTAG Technologies’ software platforms, such as ProVision and Production Integration Packages (PIP).

    I/O module for digital and analogue test & measurement(26/06/2012)

    JTAG Technologies has introduced the JT 2149/DAF, a compact, mixed-signal (Digital/Analogue/Frequency) measurement module, offering both digital and analogue test access to PCBs via JTAG Technologies’ QuadPod signal conditioning interface. When connected to a circuit board via edge connector or test fixture/jig test pins the module enhances standard digital boundary-scan tests by enabling a series of analogue and frequency measurements to be made.
