The trend for factory automation and machine control solutions to move from classic fieldbus setups to Ethernet based systems is being supported by new CC-Link IE I/O blocks from Balluff.

The BIS-V RFID controller from Balluff is a compact evaluation unit that allows simultaneous connection of up to four RFID read-write heads.

The new IO-Link SmartLight from Balluff can be adapted for most applications without resorting to complex hardware configuration. Costly combinations of different coloured modules to form a custom light tower are longer needed.

Both connector and cable versions are available, the M8 to M30 models being equipped with fully threaded housings.
