Across Rotalink's wide and modular range of miniature dc brushed and brushless gearmotors, customers can specify dual-channel incremental, or single- and multi-turn absolute encoders as part of integrated assemblies.

Rotalink has developed a low-cost speed and direction controller for dc motors up to 1.5A, featuring pulse width modulation for high quality speed control and an on-board potentiometer for smooth and precise adjustment. The board mounted unit, measuring just 63mm x 46mm, has a wide user supply range from 7 to 24Vdc, with the single-turn potentiometer set at 50% for zero speed.

Rotalink's newest and smallest miniature ovoid gearboxes are available in three build versions to suit both the price and the dynamic performance requirements of the maximum number of applications for mechatronics assemblies. The 310, 222 and 210 series gearboxes share the same pressed steel and zinc plated casing with a nominal volume of under 45 mm x 29 mm x 20 mm deep with 4-point face fixing but the design construction is modified for progressively higher torque and duty.
